The Manitoba Energy Code for Buildings 2011 (MECB) will be enforced beginning December 1, 2014. Red River College is providing focused training to the AEC industry. This code will affect the way our buildings are designed and constructed. Design professionals and contractors alike will need to know how this will affect them and how they can implement and comply with these requirements.
