Hello there! My name is Marcos Guastalle. I’m the current Membership Promotion (MP) Chair and President Elect. My history with ASHRAE started in 2014, when I became an associate member and attended the HVAC Design Training in Atlanta. In 2019, I joined the Manitoba Chapter Board of Governors (BOG) as a volunteer and, after that, I served as Chapter Technology Transfer Chair (CTTC) for two years. As the current Membership Promotion Chair, my goal is to promote ASHRAE to engineers, architects, contractors and all HVAC related professionals in our region. I joined ASHRAE for the technical content but quickly discovered the benefits of the social aspect from attending meetings, seminars and conferences. The networking opportunities and reliable knowledge that ASHRAE supplies have helped me develop my career and I hope I can help others further their own professional development and social networking.
