Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) is hosting another brewery tour!
This time we will be heading down to the brand new Trans Canada Brewing Company for a different look at the production of beer on a larger scale. TCB currently brews 16 different beers and uses a special foeder room to age their beer, which introduces new flavours and creates interesting types of beer. We hope to have both the design engineer and the mechanical contractor in attendance for an even more in depth look into the mechanical systems.
We will be meeting at Trans Canada Brewing Co. at 1-1290 Kenaston Blvd at 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 22nd. The cost will be $20 per person, which will include the tour, two pints of beer and (what should be plenty of) pizza!
